Founded in 1981, Ashley Ehomas Management has grown to become a well-known establishment in the modeling and acting industry. We are constantly evolving to stay on the cutting edge of the modeling and acting industry and have grown from a single location in Monroe, Ga. To operations in over 200 markets worldwide. During this time we’ve kept our focus of nurturing dreams, a true belief in personal development and a commitment to self-confidence building.

Our business model is not just defined by the industry we operate in, but also the personal success of each and every student that participates in the Ashley Thomas Management program. We believe in giving children and teens the skills that lead them to success in modeling, acting and in life. Although we can not guarantee the outcome or predict the future, we strive to provide a rewarding and uplifting experience that will carry our students through wherever life may take them. While we believe in industry innovation and evolution, we are also focused on a commitment to communication, customer service and providing more than just modeling and acting instruction; we’re providing a lasting experience.

For established talent looking for representation, simply call 678 897 9440 and schedule a time to come in for an audition/interview with an agent.At your interview and evaluation, you may be asked to walk, pose and read a script, along with answering a series of questions. You may be told ‘no’. If you are okay, but not good enough to move forward you may be asked to come back and try again. Or, if you do very well, but not good enough to begin the career right now (and most aren’t), then you will need more substance – more training. If this is the case then the Ashley Thomas Management talent agency may offer to pay for any and all training necessary. Of course, we would not get involved financially if we did not see a light at the end of the tunnel for you. Of course you will need headshots, which are used by the agency to market you and your talent, and for inclusion on our website. If you do well on your audition/interview the agency will make recommendations for those. These headshots, done by entertainment photographers, are probably the most important factor in your initial success, simply because these are exactly what the client sees first.
